How I can help
- Launch a product from scratch — from stack selection and architecture to production and first customers. Done it multiple times, including solo.
- Build a technical team, establish processes, and ensure stable delivery. Managed teams of up to 30 people, including remote and multilingual.
- Own the entire technical side of a business: strategy, architecture, budget, hiring, security, infrastructure.
- Bring order to existing development: CI/CD, standards, code review, monitoring, process transparency. Experienced in joining chaotic teams and turning them into well-oiled machines.
- Integrate software with hardware and industrial equipment: ModBus, custom firmware, emulators, vendor negotiations.
- Prepare a project for investment: tech due diligence, reports, GDPR/CCPA, software registration.
About me
Grew professionally from developer to technical leader. As CTO, built systems from the ground up, hired and developed teams, owned architecture, processes, security, and delivery stability.
Comfortable working under uncertainty and with limited resources. I believe discipline matters more than motivation, and results matter more than activity. I build systems that work regardless of specific individuals.
